Onze algemene voorwaarden zijn geldig nadat uw reservering is bevestigt. Uw boeking is pas definitief als aanbetaling van 50% voldaan is, met een minimum van 250 euro. Bij annuleren is 25 euro administratiekosten verschuldigd.
Door te boeken bij Villa Irene gaat u akkoord met een natuurlijke levensomstandigheden van Bali, naast de schoonheid die Bali te bieden heeft, heeft de natuur soms ook een keerzijde waar we helaas geen invloed op kunnen uitoefenen.

All offers are free of engagement and are always only valid as long as there is sufficient capacity.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US
We will endeavor not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 72 hours of the arrival date,
except by reason of force majeure (see clause below). If the by you choisen accomodation is not availible , in situation off force majeur, We will offer you in change, an accomadation from the same quality. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.
FORCE MAJEURE
We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance
or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force majeure.
Force Majeure means any event which we or the supplier of the service could not, even with all due care,
foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events. Illness off a quest who rented the accomodation and cannot leave his
accomodation because off his illnes.
